Who we are. Win on a Ryder (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website winonaryder.org (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use the Site, and describes your rights and choices. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Site.

What this Policy covers. This Policy applies to personal information we collect online through the Site and related services (newsletters, contact forms). It does not cover information we collect offline or on third-party sites and services that link to or from the Site.

How long we keep data. We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify information.
